Our Ongoing Projects
We have a number of various completed and ongoing projects from solar panel installations to community gardens.
Solar Powered Benches.
HFactor Carbon Economy College partnered with EggSeeds to work with schools and youth organisations across the Heads of the Valleys areas to make solar benches.
Each bench has a planter, harvests rain water and has solar panels that power lights and USB charging ports.
Community Garden.
We have employed and supported staff to help create a community garden with poly-tunnel. Here members of the community can come together and get hands on with nature to create a growing green space with sustainable produce.
Food Pantry.
In partnership with AGE UK we have created a food pantry that delivers food boxes with a variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and cupboard essentials to the members in our community.
